Spiritual and Inspirational poetry that touch the heart and soul, and provoke the mind.
The Lord said “ Whom shall I send to preach my message of peace”
Who will talk to my brothers and sisters so they will find great release?
I do not want you to preach in the temples of old.
Those places have become very cold.
The word is spoken, but no action done.
The words are empty; it counts for none.
Reach out to the poor and sick.
They are flesh and blood, not made out of brick.
Reach out to those who are culturally different to us.
Why do our politicians and Church leaders create such a fuss?
Be kind to all animals, they are my eyes as well.
Their cries reach far into the heavens, like a loud sounding bell
Talk to the sick and homeless, they are my ears.
They need peace and comfort; they have anxiety and fears.
“Whom shall I send”?
Here am I lord
Your people for far to long have been ignored.
Here am I Lord, send me.
The world will open their eyes and truly see.
Here am I Lord, send me.
