When We Are in a Storm, God is There With Us
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
When the storms of life overtake us.
There is much turmoil and unwanted fuss.
The minute things can bring on a massive headache.
Sometimes our happy smile is nothing but fake.
However there is a magical ingredient we ignore.
God says to us, please let me in, open the door.
Once we open the door, all is bright and all is calm.
Gods grace and presence is a healing balm.
When the woes of life overtakes us on our life’s journey.
Remember to open the door so God can set us free.
