White Bean Chili Tomato Dip, Dressing, and Topping

Ingredients:

1 Can (15 oz) White Beans
1 Can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
2 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Vinegar
1 � Cups Water
1 tsp Sweet Basil, dried
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Chili Powder
1 Jalapeno Pepper or Hot Sauce to taste

Preparation:

Open the cans and drain off the liquid from the can of white beans.

Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and run blender at high speed until contents are smooth.

If using this recipe as a salad dressing, you may want to thin with additional water.

This is delicious used as a dip with cut up vegetables or as a topping on a baked potato.
