Preheat Oven to 375F. Place the first three brownie cake ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend together. In another mixing bowl blend the remaining brownie cake ingredients. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and fold together quickly.  Lubricate an 8" X 8" or 6" X 10" glass baking dish with Lecithin and spread the Brownie Cake mix evenly in the baking dish.

Place the baking dish in oven for 15 minutes.   Reduce heat to 350F and bake for another 15 minutes.  Be careful not to over bake. When the brownie cake is baked, remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack

While the carob fudge brownie cake is baking, put the first two frosting ingredients in a saucepan, stirring constantly until thick over medium heat.  Remove from heat.

In the container of a high speed blender place the date butter ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes.  Blend at high speed until smooth.

Add the remaining frosting ingredients together.  Mix well.

Spread the frosting on the cooled cake.

Serve and Enjoy!

Vegan FlagThe above recipe is in keeping with God's creation intent (Genesis 1:29-31): 'Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-- everything that has the breath of life in it-- I give every green plant for food." And it was so. God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.' (NIV) Let no animal suffer or die that we may live!
