Salad Dressing - Turnip Dill

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups Water, cold tap
1 cup Lemon Juice
1/16 tsp. Stevia Extract
1-1/2 cups Turnips
1 tsp Turmeric, ground
2 tsp. Mustard Seed, ground
2 tbsp. Dill Weed, dried
2 tbsp. Flaxseed
1/2 tsp. Guar Gum

Preparation

Wash and clean the turnips, remove the stem and root ends, cut into pieces, and place the turnip pieces in the container of a high speed blender.

Add the other ingredients, cover the container, and run the blender at high speed until all the ingredients are creamy smooth.

Left over dressing can be stored in a covered container or bottle in the refrigerator for a few days.

Serve on a tossed or other salad and enjoy!
