Huskers' Balloon Release Averted!
From Balloons Blow... Don't Let Them Go!

BalloonsBlow.org is a vegan organization committed to ending abuses to wildlife caused by releasing balloons.
Good news! After over 60 years Nebraska Huskers has finally halted their gameday mass littering events!
Citing the Helium shortage, the athletic director announced the
balloon release tradition will end. The Helium the school aquires
will now be conserved responsibly for their medical center.
Much respect to all of you who emailed and called over the years..
We finally did it!
