Dedicated to the Preservation and Restoration of the Whole of Creation
"And God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good.
And there was evening and there was morning, the sixth day" (Genesis 1:31)

Creatured Connection
The Osprey is a bird of prey. It is just like many humans who kill to eat flesh,
or who have others do the killing for them. According to the Bible, this was
never God's intent, for He gave all of us the plants He created for our food
(Genesis 1:29-30). There was to be no death! And one day, according to the
prophecy of Isaiah, all killing will cease (11:6-9).
Jesus tried to bring us back to this original peaceful, death-free living and in
the prayer He gave us as an example for our lives, He told us to pray, "Thy
kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." And we should know
from Revelation 21:4 that there will be no death in heaven.
It's time we stop our killing of each other and our fellow animals, for we are
all God's beloved creatures.

Presented here are just a few of the countless components of God's creation. Just as we cannot have human and animal life without water and plants, neither can we have lasting peace without love and compassion. It is our hope and prayer that this series will motivate people to live and act in a cruelty-free manner; that we would no longer hurt or destroy each other, the animals or our environment.
