From James - 23 Feb 2005 Note: This discussion with James began with our Pig Exploitation Photo Journal. Again I must thank you for your quick response and apologize for my rather late reply. I find the whole idea of veganism a strange idea but as my life motto says "each to their own"!! As part of a project I need info on being a vegan and also a rough menu of what you would eat in a day. If you could supply this I would be very grateful. Thank you, James Reply from Frank and Mary Dear James: Thank you for writing back. We have a large vegetarian recipe section which will give you a good idea of what kinds of food are in a vegan diet. We suggest that you eliminate as much junk food from the diet as possible. It also important to eat whole foods (unprocessed), such as whole grains and whole grain flour products (avoid the white rice and grain flours. Eats lots of fresh or steamed vegetables, especially the green, yellow and orange ones and beans. Eat fresh fruits, but not as much as the veggies. This should help you put your meals together In the Love of the Lord, Frank and Mary Return to Visitors' Comments |
