Dear Melissa:

It's probably germane to recognize the fact that King David was also a soldier and killed a lot of people. And this made it easier for him to kill Uriah.

We believe that the FBI and Purdue Univ. studies conclusively show that violent adults, including serial killers all had violence in their younger lives.

Other factors may play a role, but the choice of violence seems to be a learned behavior.
