Mourning the Death of a Companion Animal
Comments by Lorraine - 27 May 2011

Today, I went to a vet clinic where they were keeping a dog who had been hit by a car some time ago, she was left in the ditch (don't know how long) to die. Some kind person found her and took her to the clinic.

She has healed and is feeling much better. Today, she came home with me for a 'weekend trial.' I have a feeling she will be here forever.

I lost my precious boy, Dillon, two weeks ago tomorrow. Since then I've had a dog-sized hole in my heart that my cats, chickens, bunnies etc. just can't fill. I think "Renee" is the cure and will fit into my heart just right!

Thanks to God and you folks who have the most amazing web site!

God bless!
Lorraine

Is she really smiling????
