Re: THE COLD WITHIN
I am inclined to believe that it was James Kinney who wrote this poem…since I was in Seventh grade in 1987 and had already had the poem memorized for many years by that time. It was, and remains to this day, one of my all time favorite poems…along with “Richard Cory” by Edwin Arlington Robinson. They are both poems that impart meaningful messages to the reader.
