Mother Earth, a loving Soul Nurtures Creation in earthen breast And when living things leave their shell She cradles them in forever rest....

She hugs Her Mountains with glistening Snow That melts 'neath Summer golden Suns And Her Winter Winds roar Canyons wild Where the clear River ceaselessly runs...

Mighty stands Her Redwood Trees Great strength and beauty, precious, rare Tall and reaching always Skyward With Stars nestled in their Hair...

Mother Earth, a living Soul... Blesses Creation with equal care Each has the chance to live and thrive And equally Mother Earth to share...

The Wisdom of Mother Earth, the Wild Is something that amazes me.... Yet Mankind puts himself above He is lost and cannot see!

He has plundered Earth and Sea And he has poisoned even Sky... And when he dies from Harm he's done Will he care? Will he know Why?

The Feminine Principle he took away From Religion and all of Life.... And the Man-ruled Earth that he has made Has caused all Wars and led to Strife!!

Earth Mother spins in velvet Space Among the Planets and Stars of Light But she is my only Home Shining blue and glowing Bright.....
