Will I snatch,
human like,
and grab, greedy fisted?
Will I pummel,
brutalise,
and eradicate my humanity?
Will I torture,
commodify,
living creatures and worldly kin?
Or will I reach out
in soft caress
of compassion?
A dissolution of blindness
and capitalist driven
control.
A kindness,
for all life.
All species.
I place my hand on the world –
in hope.
