IF THERE WAS A STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN
I would walk them one by one holding Jesus hand thanking God for his
only begotten son
I would ask about the angels waiting on me there, How I pictured angel
Braids glowing from there hair
I would see all my loved one waiting on me there, no more pain and sorrow
would they ever have to bare
I would again ask for forgiveness for my sins, and for all the times in
my
darkness I did not believe that he was really there
Looking back over my life, I was leaving here all my pain and burdens
like the foot prints in the sand,
he carried me threw all my pain and burdens; mountains that without him I
could not climb
IF THERE WAS A STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN
Hand In Hand With Jesus Would I Walk
How I wait for the day when face to face hand in hand we walk
And talk
If There Were A Stairway To Heaven, I Would Make It To
The Top
Because He Loved And Died For Me
When They Nailed Him To The Cross.
