Here upon these pages, my words you shall find.
Here upon these pages, you will find pieces of my mind.
For here I speak of my thoughts and prayers.
I speak of my God of whom I know truly does care.
There is many a poem here, for you to read.
Some speak of the words I believe you should heed.
Yet upon these pages, many other poems you may never find.
They are the poems that I have locked away within my mind.
They may be poems about me, and what I believe is meant to be.
They are also the poems I believe you, my reader, are not yet ready to see.
Then again I am certain that the time will come for these poems for me to write.
The question that I will have then is will you the reader understand, and see the light.
This however is something, I truly can not say.
Should the time be right, your understanding of them, I can only pray.
Yet the voice that whispers softly in my ear tells me it can be.
But only for those who love him as I do, and pray onto him like me.
