Spiritual and Inspirational poetry that touch the heart and soul, and provoke the mind.
I heard the Voice of God
In the shape of lonely wolf
We sang 'neath the pale of moon
Asking, "Why am I persecuted?"
I saw the Spirit of God
In the tearful face of a child
Who cried hungry, alone
Asking, "Why am I unloved?"
I felt the Sadness of God
Within the heart of a Cherokee
Who had no self esteem
Asking, "Why am I so hated?"
I see the Spirit of God
In the Catholic and the Jew
In all religions, too
Asking, "Why are we so divided?"
God is love and forgiveness
He dwells in the human heart
He lives in the earth, its creatures
His love diverts hate's dart!
Love is not persecution!
Love is not of hate!
Love should not divide us!
Love is why I am!......
