We aim to create an environment of equality that doesn't only give equal space to different people but that appreciates the input of diverse populations who bring in their unique qualities.
Compassion is diverse. It is inclusive. And it is just. We, Animal Save
Movement, embody diversity, and inclusion. We believe in the unity of life
and the power of a global movement.
To create change, as one, for everyone.
Our goal is to create diversity internally and externally and to build a
structure that represents a variety of differences that people identify
with. We aim to create an environment of equality that doesn't only give
equal space to different people but that appreciates the input of diverse
populations who bring in their unique qualities.
What is Diversity?
Diversity means having a range of people with various racial, ethnic,
socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds and various lifestyles, experiences,
and interests. Diversity is the ability for differences to coexist together,
with some type of mutual understanding or acceptance present.
What is Inclusion?
Inclusion is seen as a universal human right. The aim of inclusion is to embrace all people irrespective of race, gender, disability, medical or other needs. It is about giving equal access and opportunities and getting rid of discrimination and intolerance (removal of barriers). It affects all aspects of public life.
With around 1,000 chapters in over 70 countries, Animal Save Movement
stretches across the globe and brings compassion to the most vulnerable
non-human animals on our planet, demands climate justice through food system
change now, and provides access to healthy vegan foods for everyone.
We invite everyone to participate and encourage leadership in everybody. Our
movement is democratic with a horizontal structure. Our global principals
serve to guide local autonomous chapters.

INCLUSION GUIDELINES (PDF) for more
information about the Animal Save Movement's goals, strategy, and policies.
We must come together, as one, to achieve the change we wish to see in the
world. Enjoy the rest of your week.
