“As more of us are questioning our culture’s disconnected and harmful
ways of eating and living, we’re also benefitting from both ancient wisdom
and new scientific understanding. Sacred Sovereignty is a
compelling expression of Tami Hay’s liberation insights born of awakening to
a higher awareness of healthy and compassionate living. Her vital
perspective on the implications of our food choices is refreshing and
significant. This book is a precious gift to our world, and would make a
valuable gift for virtually anyone open to positive transformation for
themselves and our world. There are jewels of healing on every page.

languages), recipient of the Courage of Conscience Award.
“If you or a loved one or someone you know is suffering from any illness,
whether it is physical, spiritual, or emotional, Tami Hay’s book contains
the guidance you seek. If you are concerned about the state of the world,
the pollution, the cruel treatment of animals, and the connection between
the health of this sacred world and your own health, her book has profound
and revolutionary answers for us all. Sacred Sovereignty: An Infinity 8
Path to Heal has the power to awaken us all to a new way of living in
joy, freedom and a life rich with meaning. I highly recommend this book.”

Ahimsa: Who We Really Are and How We’re Going to Save the World.
“It has been said that ‘LOVE is who we are’. Love created the universe
perhaps as a simple breath. Love resonates, as frequency, through all of
creation, expanding over time. In that sense LOVE is imbued in all of
creation. In every DNA strand and the smallest Adamantine particles of the
Universe. Tami Hay’s book reminds us of this simple truth about LOVE as the
essence of our bodies, our souls and our hearts. To be sovereign means to
embrace this truth that LOVE is who you are. Love is our birth right. In
truth we can never be separated from the LOVE that we are; that separation
is illusion and perhaps trauma from past experiences where unconditional
love was not experienced. Our bodies want to heal, or return to LOVE. Our
plants and all of creation want simply our reciprocal LOVE as we in turn
enjoy the unconditional love of plants, animals and all creation. Read this
book and renew your own path of love. Enjoy Tami’s recipes that will help to
renew LOVE at your cellular level. Enjoy Life and LOVE, without end.”

Tami Hay has spent three decades eating organic and has recovered from
severe illness with Crohn's and colitis. After witnessing many others heal
in world-renowned wellness clinics, Tami earned a master's degree in live
food nutrition and has since studied with some of the world's best
integrative MDs. She now teaches others the wisdom of food as medicine. Tami
firmly believes that there is hope for the victims of current agricultural
practices and that making changes to your lifestyle can be easier than you
think.
Tami loves long, barefoot walks in the woods and cold plunges. She lives
with her dog, Omni, and also shares her log country home near Edmonton, AB
with her partner, Paul, and many friends, family, grandchildren, retreat
participants, yogis, foodies, and plants and sprouts. Her love for her
grandchildren and all children inspired her to launch an organization called
A Million Vegan Grandmothers, which promotes a vegan lifestyle for the
liberation of humans and non-humans alike. She is currently writing Griefmapping, a book inspired by her own creative struggles with the
environmental and spiritual challenges posed by our present time.
