There are many organizations that are not faith-based, yet are doing the care for creation that many Christians fail to do. A few of these are mentioned here.

EQUINE ADVOCATES, INC. needs support in many areas: Public awareness concerning the cruel production of ERT/HRT drugs, Premarin, Prempro and Premphase where thousands of horses, mostly foals (baby horses) are brutally slaughtered every year so that estrogen-rich urine from pregnant mares (the main ingredient in those drugs) can be produced; adoptive homes for horses, mules, donkeys, ponies…all equine; land donated to establish a rescue ranch; and financial support to rescue as many equine as possible. Rescue from what? Brutal and inhumane SLAUGHTER! Europeans love horsemeat and it is at a premium. Many animals were formerly pets, racehorses, and workhorses. Frequently their reward for giving love and working hard is to be worse than tossed aside. Check out: www.equineadvocates.com.
