Dear Heather:

Thank you for your encouraging comments.

Not all bread makers do a good job with 100% whole grain breads, and most do not respond properly to a second rising. This is the primary reason that we bake in our oven. If you can program your bread maker for 100% whole grain, you should try it and see how it comes out. The other advantage of baking in an over is you can put coating or seeds on the bread surface.
