Hello,
I want to bake healthy vegan whole grain breads & found your website. WOW, what an extensive range of bread recipes! I love it. Most bread recipes I've looked at elsewhere are far from completely whole grain. So, I really liked yours. I noticed that you don't seem to use your bread maker to bake, but only for prep. Why is that? Don't bread makers do a good enough job? I haven't bought one yet, so I would definitely appreciate your input on whether I will be baking with it or using my oven.
