To answer you question:
We believe the best example of one of God's concession is where Jesus explains about marriage and divorce in Matthew 19:3-9, where divorce was only granted because of the hardness of the human heart, but that it was never in the will of God.
Another good example is in 1 Samuel 8, when the people wanted a human king instead of God to rule over them. God granted their wish, but warned them of the consequences of opposing His will.
