In a world without suffering

The faintest dream.
A moment of feeling,
freeing,
dance of light.

In a world without suffering.

Fields of peace
and empty spaces.
No trace of animal echoes,
or itch and ache of history.

In a world without suffering.

Eyes of luminosity.
Voices that rally and rage.
Seekers - all,
of a generational transformation.

In a world without suffering.

Not...yet to be.
Weary bones,
choked words rasp in throat,
tightness grips, but we - fight on,

For a world without suffering.
