Animal Rights, Spiritual and Inspirational poetry that touch the heart and soul, and provoke the mind.
I step outdoors
on this glorious
spring morning
immediately
surrounded by
the throbbing pulse
of burgeoning life,
and I stand ―
awestruck ―
in reverence ―
with feelings
overflowing ―
humility
wonder
delight
but most deeply ―
gratefulness
for sky and space
for air and wind
for fire
for water
for earth,
for all the children
of these elements,
for the sun
and universe
that make all this
possible,
and,
most fundamentally,
for the mysterious,
unseen hands
behind it all.
