1 cup Chili (per serving)
Salsa (optional to taste)

Chili salad is a great vegan recipe for serving leftover vegan chili without rewarming.

Place a serving of tossed salad on a plate or in a bowl.  Spoon the cold chili over the tossed salad.  Add whatever salsa you like, as desired.
