POTATO - SAUERKRAUT Casserole

Ingredients

3 pounds Sauerkraut.
5 pounds Potatoes, peeled and cubed (1/2 - 3/4 inch)
3/4 to 1 cup spicy brown Mustard.
1/4 to 1/3 cup Smoke Chips (imitation bacon chips)

Preparation

Place the above ingredients in a large covered glass casserole dish.

Place casserole in a microwave set at high, or in a conventional over set at 350� F. for 45 minutes to an hour, or until the Potatoes are tender. To insure uniform cooking, we have found it best to mix the ingredients every 15 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
