Sandwiches:
Portabella Mushroom Steak Sandwich

Preparation:

Follow the recipe for Portabella Mushroom Steaks.

Place one prepared Portabella Mushroom cap or several stem pieces upon a slice of your favorite bread or one half of a roll.  Add several Lettuce leaves, a slice or two of Tomato, and a slice of sweet Onion.  Drizzle some of the mushroom juices over the bread, if desired.  Cover with another slice of bread or the other half of the roll.  If desired, cut the sandwich in half.
