Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
Life has its ups and downs.
It causes stress and we walk around with a frown.
Feeling defeated and we find ourselves in a dark place.
Life can be turbulent, we feel we are in a perpetual race.
Stop for a moment. Stand still and open your eyes.
See the wonder and magic around you.
Feel the love that permeates from God and all living beings.
Yes we all feel where in a dark place once in a while.
Stop and give someone you love a warm smile.
Take them by the hand and walk hand in hand.
Together walk across the timeless sand.
Life is a gift and life is grand.
