Take the Risk of Trusting Yourself
Poetry and Music By Andrew Pell
This is a serious statement.
It needs further comment.
Do we trust ourselves completely?
As human beings we fail miserably.
But God lifts us up on high.
He can guide us through the journey of life.
He can be with us in hardship and strife.
God will walk with us every single day.
We need to stop for a quiet moment,
To listen to what he has to say.
He can transform our sinful nature,
In Christ we are a new creation.
Christ will and can set us free.
So we can truly see.
Let Christ into your life.
Then and only then we can take the Risk of trusting ourselves.
