The White Place Where Angels Dwell Is Just Beyond The Gate Of Welcoming
Poetry By Anthony James

I go to make you a place
beam by beam
as you dreamed

Love of mine.

at the foot of the Sea
there your Mansion, shall be

and measured
the floors
and the walls

thinking of you only
affectionately- I've mourned
and wept ...
I brought you here
when your bones slept-

and let ye spirit, rest.

I put the Cone as you have seen
down through ever layer of the earth
where your fowl rest

and the tree
to perch him upon
and wake you in the morn

with big blue eyes
he will look upon you

and when you leave your land
the Sea will part at your feet
and you will be warmed
in the snow white sand...

for I waited a long time
to see you, awake!
and as I promised..

I have made a place for you,
where I Am.
