Banana Cream with Wild Blueberries
a delicious whole fruit non-dairy ice cream

Ingredients

Bananas, sliced, frozen pieces
Wild Blueberries, frozen

Preparation

For more detailed information on freezing banana pieces, refer to Banana Cream.  We use two bananas per serving.

Place frozen Banana slices in the container of a high-speed blender, such as a Vita Mix. Cover, and run it at high speed until the bananas are creamy smooth. Use the tamper to work all the banana pieces into the blades. (When using the tamper, make sure that the cover is firmly in place.)

Immediately, spoon out the Banana Cream into dessert bowls, as shown in photo. Add the frozen wild blueberries to the Banana Cream as you spoon it out into each bowl, and sprinkle more on the top. If you want to make more than one batch, place the already spooned out Banana Cream in the freezer, while you prepare other batches.
