Black Bean Chili Salad Dressing


1 - 15-oz. can Black Beans, drained
3 oz. Tomato Paste
1 Onion, small, peeled
1 Garlic, clove, peeled
2 tbsp. Flax Seed
2 tsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Cumin, ground
1 tsp. Sweet Basil, dried leaves
1/2 to 1 cup Lemon Juice
1-1/2 to 2 cups Water
1/8 tsp. Stevia Extract, powder

Note: There should be a total of 2-1/2 cups of liquid (lemon juice and water) in this recipe. If you like a stronger lemon flavor use 1 cup of lemon juice and 1-1/2 cups of water.  If you prefer less of a lemon flavor, use 1/2 cup of lemon juice and 2 cups of water.

Place all the ingredients in the container of a high speed blender, cover, and run the blender at high speed until the contents are creamy smooth.

The leftover salad dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

Serve with you favorite tossed salad and enjoy.
