Salad Dressing - Lemon Chickpea


1 cup Water
1 cup Lemon Juice
1 - 15-oz. can Chick Peas
2 Garlic, cloves
1-1/2 tsp. Oregano, dried leaves
2 tbsp Flax Seeds
2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
Stevia Extract (optional for sweetening)

We prepare this salad dressing recipe in our Vita-Mix high speed blender.

Open the can of chick peas, drain off the liquid, and put the chick peas in the blender container. 

Peel the garlic and add to the blender container.

Add the other ingredients, cover, and run at high speed until the contents are creamy smooth.  Taste, and add stevia if desired, and mix again.

This dressing can be stored in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for about 3 days.

Serve and enjoy.
