Fruit Slushie with Apricots, Bananas and Dates
Ingredients
4-5 - Apricots
2 Bananas
4-5 Dates, pitted
Equal volume of Ice

Preparation
In the container of a high-speed blender (such as a Vita-Mix) place the, pitted Apricots, peeled Bananas, and the pitted Dates. Add an equal volume of Ice.
Cover the container and blend at �high� speed. If using a Vita-Mix or other blender with a tamper, push contents down with the tamper until ice is crushed into the blended fruit. If using another type of blender, stop and push down or mix contents, then restart at �high� until ice and fruit are blended. For a thicker slushie, use more ice.
Serve and enjoy!
