Ingredients

White Bean Sandwich Spread and Veggie Dip
1 16oz.(500ml) can White Beans, drained
OR
1-1/2 Cups cooked Great Northern Beans without liquid
2-tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional)
1 tbsp. Fresh Garlic
1 tsp. Oregano Leaves (dried)
1 tbsp. Miso OR Salt, to taste (optional)
Cayenne Pepper OR Hot Sauce, to taste

Preparation

White Bean Sandwich Spread and Veggie Dip is a versatile vegan dip that can also be used as a sandwich spread instead of mayonnaise, as a salad dressing, and as a topping for baked potatoes instead of sour cream.

Peel the garlic, and place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor container.  Mix at medium speed until all the ingredients are thoroughly chopped and blended. 

Store any unused White Bean Spread and Dip in a covered container in the refrigerator (will keep for a few days).

Serve and Enjoy.
