(Apples, Ruby Frost) The growers describe the Ruby Frost apples as the perfect balance of sweet and tart, and they are firm and crunchy. Ruby Frost apples reach peak flavor in the winter months, and they are an excellent choice for warm seasonal dishes, as well as an ideal baking apple thanks to its plump, luscious size. They are also low to brown due to an abundance of vitamin C. They are also a good eating apple, even though the growers don't present them that way, and they are great cut into salads. We could not find any specific nutritional charts for these apples.
