Bok Choy, Suzhou Baby
(Bok Choy, Suzhou Baby) Suzhou Baby is a medium-sized bok choy that
originally came from China. We bought ours from Touch of Dutch Farm in Richland
Center, Wisconsin. They have a crisp and tender head are tightly, and are great
for stir-frying. We could not find any comprehensive nutritional information,
but in general Bok Choy is high in several vitamins, especially C.
