Preparation

For this sandwich we used Potato Onion Whole Wheat Flat Bread. Even with baking our own flat bread using the batter microwave baking method, we were able to make two sandwiches in about 20 minutes.

Cut the flat bread in half, and put your favorite condiments on each half. For this sandwich we put miso on one half, and spice brown mustard on the other half.

If you like your sandwiches spicy as we do, place some milder pickled banana pepper or hotter pickled jalapeno pepper rings on one half of the flat bread, add slices of Vidalia or other mild onion, and a leaf or two or romaine lettuce.

Put the other half of the flat bread on top, serve, and enjoy, with a tossed salad for a great lunch or dinner.
